Manticore: Updated Supports + Added to 2022 Welcome Pack!

This is one of my more popular models, and I realized he still had his old Chitubox supports, so I gave him upgraded presupports in Lychee and added the files to the Welcome Pack! He will be updated soon on MMF as well.
*I've also added Lychee supports for the Lurking Tentacle and the Pharaoh Slug.
