2020 - a little recap

Beauties, this year I designed the following decks:

I also helped RJ with the design of her Warrior Playing Cards (black and white). I redesigned my Innocence deck and you know I'm working on the Dondorf deck since the last 2 years and I started with the Muffin deck that I have in my mind since 2 - 3 years.
Besides that I've drawn a few court cards for future Madison releases and I'm working on a completely new Madison x Schneider deck.

These are just the things I can talk about where I didn't sign a NDA. And that is just the design work. You know I answer everyone asap. But at some point you only feel pressure when 1000 people are waiting for their cards.

As if that wouldn't be enough people who don't know me at all talked a lot stupid and mean things about myself this year. Of course only behind my back. There were days where it was simply too much for me but your support showed me that those people are completely irrelevant. Thank you!

However, all the work, all this bullshit from other people is leaving its mark.
Since 3 days I have a small heart arrhythmia. What a great thing to end this year..

I'm not that into sentimental talks at the end of a year but the most successful year for me since I've been working independetaly is coming to an end. And you can see it's not coming from nowhere. I don't let other people do my work. 2020 had a lot moments for me that I keep in mind forever. Sad, angry, risky, beautiful and blissful moments. I've learned a lot about myself but also about people in general. It surely helps me to see everything a little more calmly in the future. I have to :D

For a long time I hesitated to create this Patreon page. Simply because I just didn't think that anybody could be interested in what I'm doing. I couldn't have been more wrong. Again, thank you for that. I'm really grateful and happy that you are here because you appreciate what I do and I hope we can continue this journey together next year.

I have sent the Black Roses Lavender deck to USPCC last week. I couldn't decide how the Polyantha Ace of Spades and extra card should look like. What you can see in the image took me almost another 7 days but I think it looks great. Feel free to share your thoughts.

With the Orbits I count over 60,000 printed decks this year.
