2023-11-04 11:30:05 +0000 UTCAmen and high five. Early in 2021 (age 47, solid midlife) I was stricken with viral myocarditis and nearly died of heart failure, and walking was about the only cardiac rehab I could muster. It did the job though. Here's to a life spent on one's feet.
