Going Forward

Things have been pretty sparse here as of late on the channel, sadly. Our "Bird Fear" video was an attempt to reinvigorate our creative juices but after it got blocked, it really doused our flames.

To be honest, our drive for this channel has been in decline since "Friar” and "Binley Jungle" came out. While critically successful, they have performed awfully in YouTube's algorithm. Which hurts to say considering the effort they took, especially for the former.

As some in the community may be aware I suffer from Asperger’s and my brother has rheumatoid arthritis. We haven't come out with it in the past because it wasn't relevant but because our health (both mental & physical) have deteriorated to such a point where it's actually affecting our work, we wanted to be transparent about the reasons. My anxiety is so bad most days that I can't even find solace in editing at the moment. The same goes for my brother, whose pain can sometimes make the process of editing very hard.

We've tried pushing through regardless and have accumulated endless half-baked projects, which has only added to the anxiety as we've always wanted to deliver our best when it comes to entertainment. It is something we take very seriously.

To add to this, our entry for NDMytp's King & Mick 3 collab has been in production hell for 2 years, so we're trying to get that wrapped up as quickly as possible, as that will definitely help matters.

This message isn't to say we're done and hanging up the Pooping cloak as it were, but rather a forthright attempt to be as transparent as possible about our circumstances.

We're so grateful to have such wonderful fans and we truly want to continue bringing new worlds and experiences to you all for as long as possible. It's just been a pretty tough time recently, so bear with us. We're working through it! Thanks.

Sorry for the late reply. Thank you for your understanding. It's so comforting knowing we have such understanding supporters, especially when they share common struggles. And as you said it can be debilitating, especially YouTube's ever increasing red tape policies. Yes, we're continuing with our commitment and who knows maybe getting that out the way may help rejuvenate our spirits. Thank you for your thoughtful comment and your continued support. It truly has been a solace during this period. Thanks.

As others have already said, I’d advise knocking out K&M3, since it’s a commitment you guys have made, and then take it easy for a while. The algorithms probably aren’t going to get better, but maybe the creative juices will flow again and you can finish one of your half-baked projects. I know Friar took some time in the oven and it turned out fantastic! Or if all else fails, just release the half-baked projects as a compilation video like some other YTPers have done.

Jeez, I’m really sorry to read this. As someone with Asperger’s, I know the social struggle. I also know how frustrating it is when videos you put serious effort into don’t yield recognition due to YT’s garbage algorithms.

Reciticus

That's so kind of you. That truly means a lot. Thank you.

Y’all take as long as you need to relax and recover; you’re health comes first. I’ll be praying for the best. Good luck!

Yes, we're going to focus on getting out the collab and then taking things from there. But we do want to return to form as soon as possible as that's something that's been weighing on us heavily. We want to get back to making new content and making people laugh.

If you ask me, you guys should finish the collab entry and then take a break. How lomg you need is not something I can say.
