PUGWASH UPDATE

Hey everyone.

So things are progressing very well. The Pugwash Poop now stands at 3 & 1/2 minutes and has roughly about another minute to go.

The final scene is going to be something quite special. Sorry I didn't get it finished for August, but I want this to be worth the wait, and substantial, rather than just filler. Working now on the finale, so the final stretch is imminent!

Still In The Post

Hey all,

So last month I told you a bit about our current issues, namely, my brother Tom's Rheumatoid Arthritis, which since writing has taken a bad turn, but he's now on new medication which is slowly seeming to help, but it's a detoxing process, so it's left him quite weak.

You'll remember also I said we had a small filler YTP in the works ready for July, too.

New Poster!

Well, we now have an official title and poster for our upcoming Hamlet project! The scope has evolved considerably since our last update, so much so, that I've gone through four draft scripts already! It's now more akin to The Trainkillers, in terms of it being more of a cross-over between Hamlet and The Addams Family, but also in its length, too. This will easily be 12 mins+ when finished. We are about half way through production now and we're aiming for an Autumn release.

PIS is back! Ready for round 3?

Hey all! We've been thinking recently about how long it's been since we last sentence mixed our Tier 3 supporter's names (Not since Friar!) and with our slower output in recent times we really want to give back to our supporters as much as possible. And so with our Hamlet project on the horizon, why not bring back PIS for that?

3D Frontiers

For a long time now, we've wanted to broaden our scope with new software, so we're excited to finally get our feet in the door!

It may be just one shot, and there's still a long way to go in terms of learning the ropes, but we're pleased to say we've taken up animating in Blender! This is proof of concept for a future project; Lara Croft's third outing, in which she bumps heads with another iconic, albeit slightly washed up video game mascot; Rayman!

2024 PROJECT LAYOUT

We had to pause editing over the last two months as we've been busy moving and settling into our new home. Which to put it lightly, is a big weight off our shoulders at last. So, back to work it is! With the resolution of our computer problems, productivity has had a big boost and we're approaching this project in a rather different way than usual. De Niro Down Under

We are working on our first non-collab YTP of the year and we're really happy with how it's shaping up. For those who are wondering, we are Pooping Martin Scorsese's masterpiece, The Irishman. As we both sat down and watched it recently and decided it had tremendous potential. After this, we're also working on an entry to TheRealXboxNerd's Scooby Doo collab. Keep your eyes peeled!

August Update!

Hey all!

It’s been over three months since the last post, so I apologise for the long wait without any updates. On top of recovery, we’ve had a lot to take on in our absence. Shortly after our announcement, we were told by our landlord that we have to move out of our house in a few months, which has been extremely stressful and required a lot of hard work. But that being said, we do want to get back to making some content when we have the time during this transitional period.

Preparing For Launch... Finally!

Since our last post, things have slowly been cooking at HourofPoop. While we have been in low spirits about our lack of uploads for this year so far, some progress has been made when we've had the time.

Unfortunately, there's been a lot of irl situations we had to divert our focus to, one of which was having our dear 91-yr old Grandad live with us for the last 4 months due to a fire at his house. So our main priority has been looking after and taking care of him. But that situation is ...

Plans For 2023 & Beyond

Well, it's been long overdue for an update so we thought to let you know what's in the pipeline for us. As you may know, we still have the duty to complete our "King & Mick 3" collab entry for NDMytp sooner rather than later.

It's been dragging for quite a while as our drive for it has been pretty low, which is frustrating as when it's done we'll have a solid 5 minute YTP ready for all to see. We really want to move forward onto fresher pastures.

Festive Wonders To Come

Seasonal greetings, one and all!

It's been a while since any update, so we thought we should let everyone know how things are going before the end of the year.

But first, thank you to everyone who took the time to read the last update. Talking about our circumstances really helped alleviate some of the stress, and we were touched by the response we recieved.

Going Forward

Things have been pretty sparse here as of late on the channel, sadly. Our "Bird Fear" video was an attempt to reinvigorate our creative juices but after it got blocked, it really doused our flames.

To be honest, our drive for this channel has been in decline since "Friar” and "Binley Jungle" came out. While critically successful, they have performed awfully in YouTube's algorithm. Which hurts to say considering the effort they took, especially for the former.
