2.31: KTouch 21 has been added alongside the Neo Diendriver, Neo Heisei final form and secondary rider cards. Neo Decadriver sounds updated for final forms of the first 10 Heisei riders. These animations will also come over to Gotchard for Legendary Legend, and Kiwami will go over to Gaim for its rework.
