One of the things I love about this show is that they bring the dramatic tension even though we know what's going to happen to most of the characters. Like you knew Mike wasn't going to kill Tuco, but the story was still compelling. They keep this up throughout the whole series. It's honestly amazing. I also love how often we get a cold open or scene of someone (usually Mike) doing something inexplicable. You think, "Wait, what're they doing? Did I miss something?" But then you remember that you can absolutely trust this show to explain what's going on in an extremely satisfying way, often by the end of the episode. Just brilliant.
