2024-08-09 12:57:52 +0000 UTCI recently saw Manchester by the Sea after reading all the hype, and I was pretty underwhelmed overall. There's a few great acting moments and the story makes for a potentially great character study, but most of it felt like rehashing the same type of scene/dialogue numerous times, and it got really stale for me by the end.
