I can clarify a little about how the curse works to answer your question about whether Belle was still alive in the Enchanted Forest. The curse transported people while changing their memories and personalities but it couldn't bring back the dead, so we can assume Belle did not die in the Enchanted Forest, since she's alive in Storybrooke. As for your question "Who is he?" about the man mopping the floor in the hospital, that scene is a recreation of a scene in "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest." So we can assume the nurse is Nurse Ratched and the man is Chief Bromden from that story. Thanks for a very enjoyable reaction!

2019-10-30 00:09:12 +0000 UTCI loved your reaction to THIS. Especially to the Regina/Rumple scenes. Made me remember how much I love their rivalry. I think that prison scene remains one of my favorite scenes in the entire show! I like it better every time I see it.
