What We Will Learn:

In this EMA workshop, I will take you through energy activations of the heart and pelvis using foundational qigong sequences with a sensual movement twist. When the heart and pelvis are engaged, aligned and clearly talking to each other, we begin to open a line of powerful communication that brings clarity and trust in what we deeply desire for ourselves today.

More About This Workshop:

When our body, mind and intention of the heart is in conscious awareness, our frequency can align with like minded people, places and moments. This life force of attraction is awakened through bringing our juicy heart to the center through meditation, journalling, and foundational qigong and EMA practices that free up the upper body, arms, neck, throat and diaphragm- as well as the power of our roots and earth energy, which includes erotic and creative chi living in the womb.

The flowing of chi from the pelvis honors our female power through functional, fluid movements of the low back, sacrum, hips, thighs, legs, feet. Rie and the workshop group will hold the space of co-creation for each of our intentions to be spoken from the heart, and for our movements to be witnessed with compassion and spaciousness. Some experience with Rie or EMA required. Mature and spiritually oriented practitioners requested.
