Over the course of this weekend at-home/livestream retreat we will:
- practice moving slowly and intuitively
- learn to trust our bodies however it wants to move and to follow pleasure
- learn tantric meditations and breath work
- use qigong to move blocked energy so we can tap into our own reservoir
- express ourselves from what is most vital, sensual and empowering for us right now (shared through your creative energy being revealed when our fears begin to dissolve)
- begin to track, unpack and reclaim our own potent integrated patterns from what turns us on in spirit, body and heart
