In the second class of our sensual wellness series, we build on the roots we've cultivated in class 1, and invite the experience of flow into our practice.
We begin with a seated meditation, then follow our breath into a gentle flow sequence that incorporates movements and philosophies of yoga, qi gong, and erotic movement arts.
We are also joined by special guest teacher Bowie! I couldn't ask for a better assistant teacher for this class to demonstrate pure, divine embodied pleasure and flow.
I mean just look at him!
For this class you will need:
-Yoga tune up balls or tennis balls if you have them (we will roll out our feet)
-Blanket, towel, or soft rug to pad the knees for floor work
