Happy Springtime everyone!
In this season of rebirth and potential, the energy is rising and moving forwards, just like the plants in nature. It takes a lot of Qi to create new life, new ideas and take right action.
In this Body Lab, we focus on yielding and building inner power, so we don’t feel the need to over control others or external events.
We also safely move any stagnant energy from anger, frustration, and irritation and replace it with patience and gentleness. This practice will help you feel your emotions without getting overwhelmed by them.
The daily warm up exercises for spring which are aimed at balancing the body by stretching the muscles, loosen the joints and vertebrae, release physical tensions, as we stimulate the circulation, activating the endocrine system and opening up the energy channels.
Support your body with eating lot's of seasonal greens, sour things like lemon and grapefruit, as well as drinking milk thistle tea for your liver too.
