Hello loves,
Happy Navaratri!
Here is the recording of my Navaratri/Durga inspired talk and meditation. This is not a traditional Puja. If you would like to experience that (which I really recommend if you are called to traditional tantric ritual) please sign up for my dear friend Laura Amazzone's course here: Nine Nights of the Divine Mother.

I also recommend my favorite recording of the Devi Kavacham (Armour of the Goddess) from the Chandi Path, chants of devotion for the Great Mother Goddess (Devi). You may even have fun chanting along.
Today is day 3 of Navaratri which ends on October 15th. It is a time to dedicate our mind, body and actions towards nourishing and honoring beauty, wholeness and our capacity to respond to life through the feminine consciousness.
Some other ways to connect to this energy is to bring forth your heartfelt creativity and make an altar to Her in any form you love or how she shows up to you organically. Go out to Nature, steward the Earth Goddess, write a poem or a song, Dance from your wild feminine or cook something special and offer it to someone with love. This is a time to unabashedly show up from your Divine Feminine, powered by Shakti and celebrate all the Goddesses in your life as well!
May we all be protected, feel safe, nourished and take refuge in Durga the Fortress, so we may all together liberate all beings.
Jai MA,
Rie
