....and why wait? Here is the Final Sensual Embodiment Practice Video

hello..... Me Again!

So, I intended to give this 5-Part Video Series in January to you as a THANK YOU for being with me on the maiden voyage into Patreon-land so I hope it doesn't feel like too much info.

As I wrap up my first full month as a Content Creator (Patreon language), it's been a really nice and gentle way to get my bearings and then YOU joined me here and it was suddenly super reaffirming that this is what I want to be doing right now; especially during this strange and unpredictable time. Even though I have not seen any of my clients/students in person in quite some time, I feel I am still very much alive in my work and even loving the evolution of it!

Yay 🎸⚑️!

Ok, this last video of the series is the most important one.

The idea here is whenever you do any kind of transformative work like bodywork, meditation, yoga, therapy or (and especially) speaking about a difficult thing that requires you to stay vulnerable and real, we have the potential for real deep healing.

However, why is it so hard to not get triggered, react out of fear and sabotage our own healing?

This whole series is my ode to the beauty of this inquiry.... since embodiment is my specialty, I can say that I have learned from my personal experience as well as through
witnessing  many of my students' a-ha moments, that coming back to grounding thru  the feet and lower body, staying embodied and in your own lane as long as you can -  meaning staying on track with caring about your needs, your feelings, your growth instead of giving away the Qi and wisdom you just cultivated is really helpful.

Step Five is dedicated to 'Staying Embodied and Open to What you are Feeling'.

The quest for our own unique voice and real transformation can lead to a positive charge, a power that comes from being able to hold more light vibration in our body from making healthy choices and being less hooked into energy that is destabilizing and perceived as a threat.

Remember to practice in a Yin state, your receptivity is so precious as it opens the wisdom of  your heart.

This is really the essence of this series and hoping it will bring a little sparkle to your daily
life too... Our body is designed for us to survive but it is also intrinsic to connection to others and meaningful relationships with the natural world.

Pleasure guided, self resourced work is my jam and this post is a way to share why i  do  what  i do.

Eternally grateful for the many streams of Grace and Wisdom I receive from the Cosmos,  Nature, My Teachers and My Students.

May all beings know this Grace and Wisdom is within them too.

Big Love,

Rie
