Sensual Embodiment Practice Series Part 2

Hello dearests,

I am back with part 2 of the Practice Steps to Sensual Embodiment &  Pleasure.  

This practice is for EVERYONE women and men, young, middle and elder!

I love teaching people about the pleasure of caring for their own bodies. These simple videos are part review for most of you and part a reminder for me, you and anyone who you think can benefit from this.

Step 2 is all about moving your precious body slowly with  mindfulness and care. After the breathing practice and connecting breath to specific body  parts, you  may be ready to start moving and stretching!

Movement is our bodies natural way to clear out tension and stiffness so we can get going or to just feel good aka  pleasure!
