2024-09-18 14:53:03 +0000 UTCIt’s obviously already been done but I became tired of “Undr the cosh” There’s some great guests and might be in the future but the guests just steered towards getting the old hard man in and then the narrative of almost every guest was how they nearly ended up in a fight etc. Having said that, the Andy Woodman pod, specifically his stories about palace then the Newcastle 8 year contract is brilliant.

Would quite like to just hear you go through the charts and give instant reactions e.g "twats", "boring", "reckon they make £xxx an episode" then take the piss out of the ones that trigger some sort of emotional response.

Moon under water was like the podcast version of a lonely sixth former who listened to The Smiths too much and hated why girls preferred the Rugby lads.

2024-09-17 11:44:42 +0000 UTCMight be a bit of a controversial one as they're mostly loved, and Im a fan of chatabix, but there was a bit of to do, following their first series of Gossip Mongers. Joe Wilkinson and David Earl, seemingly dropped Poppy Hilstead off a cliff quite unceremoniously and went ahead with series 2 without her. Their podcasts remain shambolic, like they've never done it before and there is a certain charm but something happened there and I feel like the happy go lucky mask slipped behind the scenes. Oh and on the subject of podcasts, now that 'Help I sexted my boss' has descended in to a Carry on film where they read out clearly made up shocking stories, how long do you reckon its got?

2024-09-17 10:38:26 +0000 UTCAgain, I feel like Josh Widdicombe only very slightly hides that he is a bit of a diva and quite hard to deal with off camera. The first diva womble hybrid potentially. Just sounds genuinely exhausted by his life, which seems quite cushy. I'm not one of those cunts who just assumes that celebs have it easier, but there is a line where my sympathy ends and he has hopped, skipped and jumped over it. Whose the guy who is a bit worthy who called out Russel Brand. Scottish, male feminist? I feel like as much as I enjoyed him taking a stand against the handsy dickensian childrens drawing, I dont like him. On the podcast front, as above... and couple one. The holiday camp "animation team" energy of Shagged Married Annoyed must only be sustainable for short bursts

Lovejoy seemed all over the place and shite that Helen wasn’t even there only worth it for a nostalgia touch. Anyway, JaackMate needs a kicking, always has a men’s MH angle, his mates annoying fake laugh is tiresome. I also had to switch crouch off when they got that statman Dave on, he’s gone now but don’t think I’ll go back.
