Hana, in her attempt to be a cool big sister, tries ballet. Unfortunately for her, taking your little sister's lessons isn't exactly what a cool big sister would do, and her diaper doesn't help at all.
By the way, Iza is perfectly aware that a beginner like Hana can't stretch that much, she just wanted Hana to expose her diaper, she will be very angry when she finds out. lol
