Kept waiting for one of you to call this episode "A Party for Tar-zipan"

The coolest thinga obut the Mortal Kombat movie to me is that the game devs started incorporating things from it once they had the chance. Kano always has an Australian voice thanks to the movie, Raiden becoming a god of lighting was thanks to the mvoie, and I think Reptile becoming a gross monster now is thanks to the movie too.

I think I pretty much agree with Matt’s top 3 video game movies list. The only others that would be in contention for me would be the first Resident Evil and Sonic. I’ve never played any of the Resident Evil games so how little the movie follows the franchise mythology doesn’t really bother me, and the evil little girl AI as the villain works really well. The only real issue with Sonic is Donut Lord’s occupation. Fingers crossed on whatever the Dragon’s Lair thing winds up being that it’s at least watchable.

I am only here for the the Venture Bros. Detective Pikachu is the best video game move followed by the Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie, and the CGI Resident Evil movies.

Don't make fun of me but for a solid five minutes while watching this episode I thought Lambert was a character they invented. I've never seen his movies! But as soon as they began mentioning stuff like Raiden it kinda clicked for me that this must be an actor I've never heard about.

I like Turnbuckle because he talks like a horse.
