Might also be why the angels can't go too crazy with any gifts like making Hell straight up better, Hell is still a punishment for the sinners, and like Lucifier they can't interfere with that

2025-12-29 17:09:45 +0000 UTCYou haven’t watched Helluva Boss yet so you’re not familiar with them, but in the background of Lucifer’s room you can actually see gifts from the six other sins asking Lucifer (pride) to come back (as well as pictures of them on the walls): a Stetson hat from Satan (wrath), candy from Beelzebub (gluttony), ocean-scented perfume from Leviathan (envy), a big plushy of herself that we see Lu holding from Belphegor (sloth), an apple-shaped ball gag from Asmodeus (lust), and a straight up cash bribe from Mammon (greed).

2025-12-29 16:21:33 +0000 UTCCharlie is so fixated on proving that redemption is possible that she ignores the real grievances that Hell has with Heaven after years of genocide. Vox is taking advantage of Hell’s pain to accumulate power, but he is right to call Heaven out on bringing gift baskets as an apology. Charlie, the angels, and Lucifer are missing the point of the sinners’ rage. I’d also still be furious if the angels brought Sir Pentious because that means they killed thousands of sinners when redemption was possible the whole time. Great reaction! Next episode is gonna be so much fun.
