When Eddie buys a strange tailor's mannequin for some crazy scheme, Aaron doesn't think too much of it. But Eddie starts acting stranger by the day, putting the two young men on a horrific crash course with an HSA artifact.
Feels like I've said this about several of these in quick succession, but this one leans significantly more heavily on horror so fair warning. Hopefully it's fun. Happy Reading!

Every HSA story, I get to a point that I walk away liking the story mostly (not all are hits with me) and quickly go to the thoughts of wanting the boring day in the life bureaucratic mechanism cog worker who is dealing with the reports and warehousing story. Not that I want an object to get out OR there to be sex, I want the pedantic life of the paper pusher reading and reacting to the utter chaos of cataloging and storing HSAs. Between this one and the Halloween/pumpkin one, I liked the horror side of both of them; I didn't expect both of them to end up being recruitment stories for new blood to deal with HSAs. If this is setting up another series of stories dealing with the same agents where we get more of their story flushed out, I'd jump for joy as I did like the Wilson/Sunrich trilogy(??) of HSAs.
