In terms of progression for bodybuilding. Would it be just as beneficial or more to have basically two secondary days training with a top set on both days and doing percentage back downs, instead of one secondary a week with a top set(back downs) and then the one primary being more focused on tonnage and adding volume each session.

So hype! Can’t wait to have a 8 pack at 20 percent body fat!
