My gym bolts the ends of the benches down lol, you can't pick them up to put anything underneath.

If you can put two maybe three plates under your bench you should get to to 30 degrees. There is an app you can download called 'protractor' . You set it on the bench and it'll tell you where it's at in degrees. Anything between 25-35 will do the job you don't have to get it to 30 on the dot. Cheers

My gym doesn't have adjustable benches and their incline benches are ~45 degree angle, is there another movement I can do instead of the 30 degree incline bench press you recommend? Seems like the benefits are a harder variation, training leg drive and scapular movement, so maybe Spoto press could work? Thanks if you respond king
