The point about the whole thing where the deathnote death cannot cause the death of an someone else is very interesting, because that ties back well to the bus-jacker. When the bus was getting jacked Light told the girl not to worry and then thought to himself how there was no chance of him causing harm. This wasn't because Light had specifically said that no one else would die in the description, but since the bus-jacker was behaving as described instead of having a heart attack, Light was confident that noone unrelated could possible die at his hands in that moment. Its also interesting because if Light had specified that the bus-jacker like killed the driver or something just to make a scene (maybe not being aware of the rule), then the guy would've just had a heart attack and his whole plan with the FBI never could've happened
