The best thing about the mystic spearhand is their invincibility bubble for you and your allies. Can be a lifesaver again dragons attacks. If you want to rinse dragons use the Magick archer - they have a skill that drains your health (get plenty of the best health elixirs) but absolutely melts dragons.
