New Loot Tables: Pumpkin Uragaan & Blood Soaked Arzuros (Replacing the Young Monsters this week)

In place of the Young Monster Hunter creation this week. I instead worked on two new loot tables for 2 non-standard monster hunter creatures. These two loot tables were created due to both creatures appearing in the patreon monster hunter game which if you weren't aware of I have been streaming for the last year or so on https://twitch.tv/amellwind .
The Pumpkin Uragaan stat block was originally created last Halloween to celebrate the holiday. This year I decided to include in the patreon game and as such this loot table was created.
The bloodsoaked arzuros was created after our 2nd ever failed quest on a patreon monster hunt a few months back, due to the arzuros they were hunting. The arzuros dropped all 4 hunters and the lynian that joined up with them before walking away leaving three of them to bleed out and the remaining hunter to wake up an hour later with the lynian to make it back to the village alone. Due to that, the bloodsoaked arzuros was born by a patron monster request and since they were at a level to finally fight it. I decided to make a loot table and give them the opportunity to avenge their fallen hunters.
Hopefully you all enjoy making use of these loot tables for these two creatures. I know I had a lot of fun running both of them. Finally, most likely in the next MHMM update I will add these two creatures to the manual.
