Patron Request - The Elder Dragon Eruzerion

I am back with 1 more patron monster request This request was for a stat block for the Eruzerion from monster hunter frontier Z. Now even though this is a monster hunter creature, it is not one that is part of the core group. I would have eventually gotten to it, but because of this request, we get it a bit early.
