Patron Monster Request - Blinking Nargacuga

Here is the 3rd monster request from our HR4 and above patrons. The blinking nargacuga is from monster hunter frontier and was one I was planning on doing eventually, but that is probably a year down the road still.
Someone couldn't wait that long for it to come out, so here we are. Below you will find a PDF with the stat block and a token to use in your VTT games. Please enjoy and thank you all for your support as always!
