Hi and welcome here:

First of all thank you for your support, without it most of these project would remain in their infancy and limited to my printer setup, some project would not even exist.

The shop page has the latest version.of the Apollo and other projects (feel free to request STEP files if not present)

Apollo on Ender 3 pro / Linear Rails / Mosquito (normal) / BLTouch / Orbiter V2. Some remarks: The fan ducts (i tryed all the types) => +- 2mm too low. I adjusted this by adjusting the mosquito mounting plate by 2mm thickness. BLTouch: only left position. On this position the BLTouch bounces on the left of the printer. Adjusted this by mirror the BLtouch holder and copy the whole to the other side of the main base. Alternative: use the front mount. Hope this help for some improvements of the Apollo prototype.

The Apollo has a 4020 front fan (and of course a 4010 would fit as well), if that's what you meant. The 5015 (apollo) and 4010 (apollo mini) refer to the side fans (part cooling) Bltouch mounts on the left side with a couple screws (one short one going into the main body directly, part that holes the fans), and second screw is shared with the left side fan screw, which then also goes into the main body

yes of course! would be easier through discord if you can join up (through your user settings page I believe )

Hello, the Apollo looks great. I'm going for a Mosquito Hotend with an Orbiter V2. 2 x 5015 fans. 1 x 4020 fan This mounted on a Ender 3 pro with Z-Linear Rail (top mounted). I have the Liniear conversion kit from Unitak. https://www.amazon.com.be/-/nl/UniTak3D-upgrade-gespreksondersteuning-lineaire-inbegrepen/dp/B09M73XRBH/ref=asc_df_B09M73XRBH/?tag=begogshpadd0d-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=632995438762&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=3833388258969204618&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1001208&hvtargid=pla-1629423313154&gclid=CjwKCAjwloynBhBbEiwAGY25dAhhDzBW1XeuXSN4w37gNfqoKPpM2w11BvVgmBPzzO5PGBfBLAt00xoCGu8QAvD_BwE&th=1

it's now in the APOLLO_STEP_2023_07_05.zip with a few more things

sorry it took so long, I added a step file called "v6_orbiter_2_rails.step" in the list of file of this post, at the bottom of the page. I will later remove it and include it in the STEP zip. And I'll later make a better STEP file with more stuff in it.

My hotend is E3D V6 and Extruder is orbiter 2.0.
