Brandy/Vermouth/Schnapps/Cognac
Mead
Jaegermeister/Herbal Liquors
Amaretto
Just pure alcohols for effects. If I missed any, let me know. Comment below your ideas

2021-07-02 21:56:35 +0000 UTCI think Jagermeister is in its own category of herbal liquors, Baiju is basically Chinese whiskey while Shochu is distilled saki so brandy to wine and soju is very close to that. I'll add Jagermeister.

2021-07-02 21:40:42 +0000 UTCI have this bottle of jagermeister on display at my home so I looked it up and it's listed as a herbal liqueur since it's made from 56 different herbs and spices so herbal liqueur could be one category maybe that requires more research. Also Chinese baijiu, Japanese shochu and Korean soju don't know if these drink would have there own category to or will be linked with others

2021-07-02 19:29:42 +0000 UTCI would guess ciders would go with beer and wine. Moonshine would cover Poteen, Everclear, and similar drinks. Mead? It's called honey wine sometimes, but is really its own thing and can be a lot stronger, over 18 %.
