May 2018 - Cool things on the way

So, it's been a couple of months since I gave you an update. There's a few reasons. It's been a pretty stressful time, and that's sadly going to continue for a while longer. But it's also down to some cool new things I can share with you.

I have been working on my upcoming mega-mod for The Sims 4, and friends have been testing it for me. They found a few bugs, which is why I haven't shared it with patrons yet. The good news now is that I think those issues are all sorted out, and more importantly, feedback on the new emotions systems is looking really good. I'm going to share an early work-in-progress build with patrons soon so you can tell me if you also like the direction it is going in.
I'm currently thinking I might go with tielured's suggestion of 'Meaningful Stories' as the name of the mod.

I've also been working with SimRealist on their Private Practice healthcare mod, the first public release of which came out recently and can be downloaded here. There's another update going through the approval and testing process with SimRealist patrons right now. I think we made something pretty slick, with a neat little gameplay loop of going to a health checkup, making changes to your sims' lifestyle, and going back to another checkup to check on their progress.
