Fighter 1.3 + Combat Traits Update!

I've got two drops for y'all-Fighter 1.3 and Combat Traits! Honestly I planned to do either Cleric or Wizard next class wise but I realized that Fighter was a pretty quick job (Especially since I fixed the subclasses awhilea go) especially once I had my idea for how to rework it. The way I reworked it was simple: Fighter now gets double the combat traits and I've reintroduced second wind and action surge. I've also removed combat rank, however that's now two different combat traits-and given how you now get double the amount of combat traits, you can easily get the combat trait mechanic if you want with very little investment.

This also comes along with an update to the combat trait document, there's not much in it-it's mostly just some reformatting. With that said there are numerous new fighter combat traits, and combat traits for both Accursed and Incarnate. I'll also try to be more on top of updating the combat trait document whenever I update a new class.
