Hey there everyone. I know there's been a bit of delay, but quite a few things are just around the corner for Hyrule Conquest. First up, based on the last few posts here you might have gotten the hint that something is being done with the first Fallen Sage mission after seeing giant in-game recreation of Malkariko and touched up cinematics.

That is because Exodarion had convinced me to get a fully functional mission into the 0AD engine, and while we still have work to do it's near to being ready. Exo even got the in game cutscenes to work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6hk9Cl2x_Us
Unlike the Medieval 2 version of the mission, where everything was limited to "kill the enemy army and capture the plaza," 0AD allows for a lot more variety in its missions like other traditional RTS games. You'll be able to have branching paths within missions: in this one depending on which Gohma hive you choose to dig up it will impact bonuses and penalties your starting base gains. Other neat things like Bonus Objectives will make their way in as well.
