Changes for next month
Added 2021-12-16 23:32:59 +0000 UTCFrom next month any Requests from Tier 3 Subs will be going as Tier 3 Content.
After putting thought into it, I don't think it's fair the Tier 3 subs get 5 Requests each month but a Tier 2 can download all their requests at once.
So any requests from a Tier 2 will be available to all Tier 2 subs and Tier 3 Requests will be added as Tier 3 Content.
