If you haven't read the unedited chapters 27 and 28, then spoilers below.

Anyway, for those of you interested in seeing a work in progress, here's a prose draft of Luna's, well, villain song. She's lawful good with a weakness for revenge, at least in my opinion, but she's definitely the villain in this scenario. There's no denying that.

I have no idea yet what meter, rhyme scheme, etc this will be in yet, but this is a crude outline of the intended meaning. It's a work in progress, but the basics are all there. The main theme revolves around the Elements. Luna misses hers, and they didn't outright abandon her forever. She knows she can rub salt in Celestia's wounds this way. Well, the heartsong isn't something she controls, but it's an expression of her anger, so it'll more or less accomplish what she wants.
