I think having a huge budget naddpod series with great cgi and tons of high magic big budget shit would be really cool. I actually think it would be better liveaction than it would be animated. I think Hardwon would be a good role for either Tom Hopper or Jensen Ackles, Bev is Owen Vaccaro or Aiden Arthur, Moonshine is harder to cast, but I'm thinking maybe Jessica Stroup, Alice Greczyn, or Lyndsy Fonseca, leaning towards Lyndsy Fonseca

I think what is missed by a lot of people is the Bran isn’t Bran anymore, he is Brynden Rivers aka Targaryen. So it all ended up with an all-knowing Targaryen back on the throne, who plotted it to end this way. Makes the ending much better. Granted, they still should’ve made the season 10 eps to explain everything better.

Spoilers! (just in case) Loved hearin the band of boobs weigh in! I think some of yal might like this guys video on episode 3 of season 8 https://youtu.be/GI7zy1PTMp0 Long and short of it being arya had nothing in her plotline that justifies her killing the night king, the battle tactics were silly, and the night king should have been the final boss. Terrible ending to an otherwise awesome show. Good on yal for looking for positives. Oh and I'm with Murph, jaime is awful.

I hadn’t watched GoT at all before this season. Binged the whole series in three weeks and timed it so that I caught up to the last episode two days after it came out. I think having watched it all at once it’s really stark (pun intended) how much of a difference there is in the writing of the show between the earlier seasons and season 7/8. Honestly I enjoyed watching the whole thing, there’s no denying the last season was watchable. However after the credits rolled and I started processing what I watched, more and more questions popped up for me. Probably the biggest one for me is that Tyrian said “Bells mean the city has surrendered.” I thought for sure this was going to be twist since it was literally stated in an earlier season by one of the characters “I’ve never known bells tolling to mean surrender.” It could’ve been this whole thing where Tyrian made Danny think they’d surrendered but actually were preparing their counter attack. Cut to scene where Cerci’s talking to Tyrian after Danny and her army has been murdered “I under-estimated you, you really are your father’s son.” The other thing that bugged me was that Bran had flash of prophecy (somewhere around s5 I think) which included flashes of wildfire in Kings Landing. I thought for sure that was going to mean that the white walker army would make it to kings landing and the only thing that could help them prevail would be using the wildfire buried under the city. Instead we got a few bangs of wildfire as Danny torched the town. You guys pretty much touched on all my other gripes. It was such a good series and so enjoyable but there was just so many better ways to finish it off, even just using all the jigsaw pieces they already had in place.

Thank you Emily. I’ve been wanting a good adaptation of the Odyssey for years. I honestly think it is the greatest story ever told, and it is insane how bad some of the adaptations have been.

I find I always become defensive when people are negative to a show I love even when it’s deserved but I definitely agree that some of the moments needed more time to be earned. However the melting of the throne was the dopest moment to me and I will fight anyone on it

I still love them all though, no negative review will stop me loving Daddy Murph, Em, Calldwell, and jake. Going to have to rethink getting that "In NADDPOD I trust" tattoo now. Just kidding.
