Auriga Nine v0.4

This update brings a continuation of Sam's storyline, a few side events, the planetary economy as well as the galactic goods market.
It is a very technical release once again, so the next update will be primarily content-focused.
The bi-weekly release cycle has been working pretty well for me, so I'll be trying to get v0.5 out in ~14 days. Wish me luck!

I'm really bad at communicating on Patreon, I almost never remember to actually check the page while I don't have a version to upload. lol I'll work on that, my bad. I'm almost permanently available on my Discord server though, so if you want to ask me something, that's the best place to do it I had a few stressful months and struggled with the Sunville alpha release, but now that it is done, I'll be getting back into the groove. Expect the next A9 version very soon (tm).
