Glad you guys had a good time in Denver! Some of my favorite restaurants around Denver are North Italia in cherry creek and Sherpa house in golden; both those areas are also awesome for walking around/shopping/etc. For downtown, if you like fancy seafood, Ocean Prime is great, and blue island oyster bar is slightly more casual, and if you’re interested in trying the most delicious vegan food on earth, Watercourse might be my absolute fave - the buffalo cauliflower wings (get extra ranch 🤤) are to die for and the Cuban sandwich with tomato added and on ciabatta bread is super fire. Broadway (the street) is also really fun for shopping and bar hopping. Also next time you’re in CO, check out Boulder!! It’s honestly way more of a vibe than Denver imo. Pearl st is the best for shopping, snacking, and bar hopping, you can bike everywhere, and there’s tons to do in nature like walk (or party) along the creek or go tubing, plus you can always see the flatirons which are gorgeous. Boulder as a town is just my fave place ever, I never want to leave the area. I have tons more CO recommendations for you guys if you’re ever interested!
