Armor (any), very rare (requires attunement)
The draconic flesh at the core of the armor beats in time with your heart. While wearing this armor you gain a +2 bonus to your AC.
Rallying Beat. As an action while wearing this armor, you can spend a hit die to cause the heart flesh to beat thunderously for 10 minutes. When you activate this property and at the start of each of your turns, creatures of your choice within 30 feet of you that can hear you (including yourself) each gain temporary hit points equal to 1d4 times your Constitution modifier (minimum of 1) which last until the start of your next turn.
While a creature has temporary hit points granted by this property, it has resistance to a type of damage respective to the dragon this heart muscle was harvested from (ex. A red dragon grants fire resistance, a bronze dragon grants lightning resistance, etc.).
You must maintain concentration on this property as though concentrating on a spell. Once you use this property, it can't be used until you finish a long rest.
Even after death, the mighty dragon's heart continued to beat with terrible force. Many considered it an ill omen, clamoring for its destruction. But there were some who saw the potential in vitality so powerful that it persisted well into the afterlife. Through rigorous experimentation and careful necromantic applications, they harnessed this vigor and bestowed it upon only their most powerful warriors, those who would stand at the frontlines and lead their allies to victory.
