The hour of The odds were never in my favour, chapter 118, Last Questions, is finally here.
Please ignore the not-rat's corpses in the background.
For this, we totally blame Loki, by the way.
This trickery aside, I am going to take a short week-end away from home beginning on Sunday. That's the bad news from your perspective, readers. The good news, from your point of view, is that I have finished the preparations for another chapter of an Impractical Guide to Godhood. So I should have the mental and physical resources to begin the mad writing of the insanity next Saturday, and have it completed before the end of the month. Bwhaahahaha!
(And yes, the evil cackle is very much justified. I had plenty of horrible ideas to throw in this new chapter.)
Anyway.
The odds 118 will likely be posted at the end of next week.

As of right now, Alexandra is the last misplaced champion of the dark or light. She hasn’t yet gone through the ritual that will fully restore the champions and their powers to one of the other elements that was happening pretty much throughout the whole arc of fourth year. There’s two tasks left though, and Lyudmila all but guaranteed that barring the tasks, this is her priority.
