Through the pact you made with it, you have been infected with a part of its body to act as a conductor of its eldritch magic. This body part quickly spread through your body and seems to distort reality with its alien presence. The parasite requires nutrients in the form of flesh in order to grow and mature to sentience. It is always hungry. Only your patron knows the true purpose of the creature within you, but one thing is certain, removing it from your body will be extremely painful and will lead to the destruction of your body and your soul.
