House Move update!

Just a quick post to say that we exchanged contracts today for our new home! It's been a tough road to get to this point, but we are so happy to finally got to this stage. Mrs CC and I are certainly celebrating tonight. Stay Spicy my friends!

lol...firstly, who is Shane? I also put water (or moist soil) in the bottom of the tray at times. Transfers the heat better. Just keep an eye on humidity once you get true leaves.

CC! {embarrassed smile} , not to hijack this thread {chuckles}... I just started my pepper seed germination.. very similar to what you do.. trays, seeds, etc. but I put 1/2 in of water in the bottom of the heater tray .. Is this good or bad?????
