The IT Crowd Season 1 Full Length Reaction

Comments

I do believe I shall be spending today on an IT Crowd Marathon

TheADHDOverlord

Yes, please! More IT Crowd! It just gets better and better!

TGrimace

This is one of the few shows with a laugh track (or live audience laughs) that it doesn't bother me. I would totally enjoy seeing you watch more!

EMB

My favorite out of all of these is The Haunting Of Bill Crouse. The part where he sees Jen flying by and completely freaks and passes out had me on the floor laughing so much that my stomach hurt the first time I saw it! And I still laughed pretty hard when I did this watchthrough.

Over50Gamer

FYI: Live audience, not (exactly) laugh-tracked. Any scenes in (most) single rooms is live in front of an audience, the rest is filmed and shown to them afterwards.

Erik Lundmark

Yeah, or Napster. :P

They were absolutely hilarious! 🀣 I laughed so much and this was my 4th time seeing it this year. Fab reaction, so happy you loved it as much as you did. I think Moss and Roy are on the spectrum, which explains much of their behavior. πŸ˜…β™₯ The IT Crowd's eccentric boss, Denholm Renholm, is played by Chris Morris. He is one of the finest and funniest satirists / comedy writer / comedy actors the UK has ever produced. He's up there with royalty like Peter Cook and Peter Sellers. Chris Morris created and starred in a 6 episode comedy series called The Day Today (1994), which is a fake / mockumentary news show. It's 30 years old and is still razor sharp and so funny your sides will hurt. If you still did custom reactions, I'd pay for this one. Morris also did a follow up six ep series called BrassEye (1997), which is similar to The Day Today, but is in a dramatic investigative documentary format. Also side splitting and quite controversial. Ep 2, Jen's twisted toes. πŸ˜‚ In ep. 3, the singing mariachi at Messy Joe's diner is Graham Linehan, the creator and director. In ep. 5, the sleazy sex-gossip Bill Crouse character is played by UK comedian Adam Buxton. There a 10 min best of clip of him on YouTube where he reacts to YouTube comments with his very hilarious deadpan monolog and analysis. Please, please consider reacting to one of them. I will die with laughter. And it'll be a bit meta, a Patreon creator reacting to a UK comedian reacting to YouTube comments. Or watch it on your time, you'll laugh lots. πŸ˜€πŸ‘ Adam Buxton Being Absolutely Hilarious | 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown | Channel 4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rwUAndGKR0&t=145s The "Elton John" song. I held a lighter up for it. πŸ•― "...cos you're dead now, and we're all the same height lying down." πŸ˜‚ Ep. 6 Riding the dragon. πŸ˜…πŸ‰ Borat refers to it as 'Moon-blood'. I'd go for Rising red dragon. Oh yes, please do The Sopranos! It's one of the best tv series ever - incredibly engrossing, interesting, tense, darkly hilarious - it's often pretty brutal. Was a big hit for TBR Schmitt last year. And I think it's doing quite well on the request site. Love your IT theme club moves at the end.πŸ’œ Thank you so much for reacting to this! Please do s2, they just get better and better.

This is a great surprise that you watched this. I’m from South Wales in the UK and watched this when it first aired. Hope you watch the other three series and the special

100% yes to doing the rest of the seasons!

Simon Haynes

Any time you read one of my comments now, you should hear it in your head in my quintessentially 'British' South East England, Oxfordshire accent. "Hello there Jen" πŸ˜‰

Death Lego

Hey that was so much fun! I don't think I ever even finished series 3, so if you want to take us through the whole show that'd be brilliant. :D

Fr. Brench

OMG dropping a whole season! It's like the glory days of streaming.

Andrew Skow

The IT's theme tune is awesome! It sounds like a Gary Numan track intro. Ep1 reaction was great, the eps get much stronger as does each subsequent series. I'll tear through series one, hope it's popular and people want s2. The creator of IT Crowd, Graham Linehan, has a large back catalog of great UK and Irish comedy shows that he's worked on as creator / writer / director or a combo of. Father Ted is one of his most popular and loved comedy shows. It's wacky, like IT Crowd often is, and is really hilarious. It's about 3 priests who live in a parochial house on a remote Irish island. Who are often beset by surreal, bizarre and nightmarish social situations and problems. The 3 of them have been appointed to this place as punishment for various indiscretions. Big Train is a UK comedy sketch show that Graham Linehan co-wrote material for. Like all sketch shows, it can be hit or miss, but when it hits it is great! And it hits often. It has a solid ensemble cast of great UK comedy actors, one of whom is Simon Pegg another is Kevin Eldon. On to ep 2... :D

Jason Scade

I've read good things about this series. I liked Katherine Parkinson in "Humans" (2015-2018) and "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society" (2018).

Clay F

Apologies, I'm late for this. Bit of an emergency. I'd a hot ear.

Jason Scade

You can watch the full episodes free on YouTube

Ian
