Movie Watcher Reads Harry Potter For the First Time! - Goblet of Fire Chapters 14 & 15!

OOF-TEE-POOF, EVERYONE!

It is a 'LATE NIGHT SPECIAL' Book Review episode!... purely because it took that long to upload and process, sorry! XD

I loved these chapters, and they add so much intrigue and indeed questions to what we already 'know' about the story!

We have some amazing Book exclusives, as well as a couple of moments which I think I (controversially) like how the movie did it more!  Will you agree? Watch to find out! XD

We also have a wonderful discussion in the Book Club about Elf Rights, Amazing Divination Homework and what is actually going on with Moody's lessons!  I am enjoying this book so much right now, and I can tell from your comments, you are too! :)

Thank you all so much for taking part in the Book Club!  Thank you so much for watching, and Oof-Tee-Poof!!

No. It's not Voldemort in Harry's head saying it's stupid to jump on the desk. It's Harry's own subconscious fighting back. You're forgetting how stubborn and determined Harry can be.

Hi Veggie! Just catching up with all the book reviews but just wanted to say I thought that connection with the white coat experiment and Moody's lessons was really interesting. I remember watching the documentary about that experiment and I believe only 4 of the participants decided to walk out of the room before their experimental session ended. Most other people who continued to follow instructions said they didn't stop when the person behind the wall was in obvious pain because they were told to continue, even when they read the waiver which stated that they had the right to discontinue the experiment at any time. It goes to show just how powerful authority can be even when there are no consequences for disobeying orders. And with regards to Moody's lessons, I absolutely see your point on how most of the students and even some of the staff at Hogwarts would not question the manner in which the unforgivable curses are being taught given Moody's reputation among the wizarding world and especially with the recent events involving the Death Eaters.
