The question is: How? Do I go about this via the mouth, vagina, or create orifices? Either way, this exciting for me, as I will thoroughly enjoy using these children to illustrate Depravity in its finest form.
Do you all have any suggestions?

I picture maggots pouring out of a corpse ... so like a makeup effect of a gaping, rotted wound in the cheek with maggots coming out. Or torso/stomach holes from decay with maggots spilling out.
