Reshuffling Chapters and Chapter Numbers

I've reshuffled some of the chapters and reorganized the numbers, and all should be neat and well.

You'll want to reread this chapter if you're a Cat Burglar. Half of it is new.

You may want to add a couple of bridging chapters as well. For example detailing how Roth joined the ogres, how dwarve mission starts, etc. There are some very brief bridging paragraphs but a fuller explanation would be nice.
