May 8 - Second Chances
Added 2024-05-09 14:00:11 +0000 UTCThis week my session was short, but I came up with a decent chord progression quickly and starting adding layers. I'm really happy with the pad layer and drums on this one, but the extra melodic layers really add some nice flavor as the song progresses.
It's got an uplifting house vibe with some melodic house influences and I really like how this idea came together. I think the lead melody could be stronger, but I definitely see myself returning to this one.
