This month I'm focusing on finishing the song you voted for - Driftwood. I originally wrote this back in September of last year and it's a really cool chillstep/melodic dubstep instrumental. This week was my 2nd session and I revisited a lot of the mixing, sound design/layers, and arrangement.

I think this version is more refined and moving in the right direction. It still needs some more FX, a couple fills in the chorus, automation, and sound design; but those will come in subsequent sessions.

What do you think? - Do you like how the song has progressed? And do you like these songs that are a bit of chillstep and a bit of melodic dubstep?
