Oct 6 - Teardrops (Melodic Dubstep)
Added 2021-10-07 16:29:46 +0000 UTCThis month I'm switching it up and writing some Melodic Dubstep. I was only able to come up with a verse and build, but I really like this idea. I started off writing chords and then moved to drums, some basic sound design and a lead melody. After that was some simple arrangement and FX to end up with what you hear above! Check out the VOD for exactly how the song developed.
I'm definitely returning to this - I'd like to see where this goes and write an emotional, impactful drop. Next week, I'd like to do a 2nd session on stream to write the drop, but what do you think?
