Definitely an issue, but for far too small for amateur level work.

2024-06-01 12:04:03 +0000 UTCI'm wondering how atmospheric buoyancy (about 1.3mg/ml) fits into these measurements and calculations. With the pycnometer you're really measuring the weight difference between the air in the "empty" flask and the actual substance of interest rather than the mass of the substance. The 1.3mg/ml is certainly creeping into the least significant digits of several measurements taken in the video.
